The stay was such great, recommend. Everything was wonderful, special ambience. The personnel was very welcoming and outstandingly accommodating. The room was quiet and had a beautiful design. An electric kettle, a mini fridge bar, and air conditioner where a huge plus. The hotel had marvellous and incredible location so close to the centre of Rome, Piazza Barberini, the good restaurants, and the GAM, and great "local " restaurants and shops. Via Veneto district was worth exploring.

Air-conditioning struggles left the room uncomfortably warm at times. Sound insulation is lacking. Housekeeping entered the room early without knocking, causing an awkward moment. Check-out times need better communication. The shower was tricky, with no cold water available despite its fancy setup.

Improvement needed on bed comfort!!! A large bed with a hard mattress doesn't provide a good night's sleep!!! More care in maximizing space for three adults in the room would be appreciated!!!

great location , but needs some improvements

The location is excellent, as it's just a short walk to major attractions like the Trevi Fountain. The air conditioning worked very well, a relief after long, hot days of exploring. I also appreciated having a spacious Beautiful Suite that accommodated our family comfortably and provided a lovely city view.

One area needing attention is the sound insulation, which allowed us to hear noise from neighbors.

The bed was super comfy, and I loved the separte toilet area. Location was close to the metro! The app for translation helped us while the taxi was a total lifesaver on the way home.

Our long weekend at excellent trinity rooms was fantastic! Everything exceeded my expectations, as i've stayed in rome before but never this well. The chocolates on our pillows and fresh towels every day.

my stay in the spacious beautiful suite reminded me of a dream, with the hotel being just a few steps from the fine Spanish Steps and a pleasant walk to the beautiful Villa Borghese gardens, perfect for leisurely strolls after a day of sightseeing.

The bed was super comfy, and the old lady managing the place went above and beyond to help us, even bringing us coffee and snacks when the kettle didn't work. I really enjoyed the peaceful lounge area and the lovely garden for relaxation. Just a heads up, the coffee options could use some improvement, but overall, it was a fantastic stay! ☕
